The UN chief has called for greater renewable capacity, energy efficiency and clean energy by 2030 at the COP 28 UN Climate Conference. Ms. Bai Bo, Associate Distinguished Research Fellow from Beijing Normal University, says that energy independence, innovation and technological advancement present opportunities for countries to pursue clean energy transition.
