Spinning, weaving and embroidering, a group of craft workers in Yongji, Shanxi Province are continuing a cloth-making tradition that produces exquisite fabric products. Close to the Sushui River is a cloth company that was established in 2012 and now produces bedding, clothing, shoes, scented pouches, curtains and more. Using cotton from the area, the workers craft the cloth by hand, preserving a form of intangible cultural heritage from southern Shanxi.
