The Greater Hinggan Mountains in northeastern China boast rich biodiversity owing to their diverse ecosystems and changeable weather. This expansive mountain range spans Heilongjiang Province and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, exhibiting an array of flora and fauna unique to its terrain. Among them are 56 species from 16 families in six orders of mammals. This series, starting from December 11, showcases the unique ecological beauty of the Greater Hinggan Mountains through the daily life of rare wildlife, such as the Chinese brown frog, red fox, hazel grouse, reindeer and snowy owl.
