00:44

Danjiang Wetland National Nature Reserve in Nanyang, central China's Henan Province, has recently witnessed a peak in bird migration. More than 20,000 migratory birds have flocked to the reserve. These include large numbers of rare species, including 28 oriental white storks, which the International Union for Conservation of Nature places on the endangered list. Presently, more than 10 species of national first-class protected wild animals have been found in the reserve.
