In the village of Xiangheli in Kaohsiung, Taiwan region, a group of veterans shared the same last wish. They wanted to return home after they passed away, to be laid to rest with their families. For village chief Liu Dewen, a promise to one of the veterans has turned into a decades-long commitment. Known as "The Ferryman of Souls," he has been helping veterans returning home to their families over the past 20 years. Watch his story, premiering on CGTN on December 11.
