After more than a thousand years, there remains a list of architectural relics in both China and Vietnam that make today's visitors admire the wisdom of ancient people. In central Vietnam's Quang Nam province, even though the My Son Sanctuary is partially ruined, people can still enjoy the beauty of the ancient tower-building techniques and the exquisite art of the stone engravings there. In northwest China's Gansu Province, the Maiji Mountain Grottoes is another architectural wonder that attracts countless visitors every year. Renowned for its Buddhist statues, the Maiji Mountain Grottoes is often referred to as the "Oriental Sculpture Museum."
