December 13 marks the 10th national memorial day and the 86th anniversary of the Nanjing Massacre, which took place in 1937. During the six-week massacre, Japanese invaders brutally killed about 300,000 Chinese civilians and unarmed soldiers.
A memorial ceremony is underway at the Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders to remember those killed by Japanese aggressors during World War II.
