One of Vietnam's signature dishes, the pho can be seen everywhere from humble street stalls to posh bistros. In this video, 65-year-old Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh runs a Vietnamese pho shop in the central Vietnamese city of Da Nang. For more than 30 years, she has been running her own shop with great care. Anh's small shop is always brimming with customers from both home and abroad and their compliments for her pho make her proud and happy. So she hopes that more people can taste her pho in the future.
