The China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) has set up an ASEAN fruit exhibition area, and Vietnamese fruits are getting popular. The fruit trade is said to be an important part of the bilateral relations. Wei Zhaohui, secretary general of the CAEXPO Secretariat, said the CAEXPO plans to intensify the promotion of fruits from Vietnam and other ASEAN countries, progressively expanding the China-ASEAN "fruit basket" to meet the growing aspirations of people for a better life.
