Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Oslo to pay a visit to Norway on Wednesday, the Norwegian government said in a statement.
During a joint press conference with Zelenskyy, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store announced that Norway will allocate $1.8 billion in aid to Ukraine by the end of this year, Ukraine's national news agency Ukrinform reported.
