Opened in 2017 by a Hong Kong couple, Luk Chew introduces its local and overseas customers to the authentic food culture of Hong Kong in a high-end modern setting. The specialties we sample in this episode include braised abalone mushrooms, kung pao frog legs, tofu with salted egg and duck soup with Cordyceps.
