A returning China-Europe (Central Asia) freight train arrived in Zhangjiakou City, north China's Hebei Province, on Wednesday from Kazakhstan, bringing the first inbound cargo since the new transportation route was launched in late August.
The freight train pulled into the city's cargo terminal loaded with some 50 containers of feed barley, with a total value of around 3 million yuan (over $420,000).
