President Abbas meets with National Security Advisor Sullivan, urges U.S. to intervene

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met with U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan in Ramallah in the West Bank on Friday, the official Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported.

During the meeting, the president stressed the need to stop the ongoing "Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people" through an immediate ceasefire, reiterated the need to open all crossings, double the entry of relief, medical and food supplies, and stressed the need for the American administration to intervene, according to WAFA.
