The traditional handcrafting techniques of Liubao tea is the pride and joy of Wei Jiequn, an inheritor of the national-level intangible cultural heritage of Liubao tea production. Wei presents Liubao tea to the visitors into the town of Liubao, Guangxi, from which the tea takes its name. At the age of 65, Wei has dedicated over forty years to local tea business. Through establishing a master studio in the tea factory, Wei conducts extensive training courses concerning Liubao tea production techniques for local tea farmers too.
