The entire Jiankou section of the Great Wall was transformed into breathtaking scene draped in a blanket of white following heavy snowfall in Beijing on December 14, 2023.

Located in the outer northeastern parts of Beijing, the Jiankou section of the Great Wall is renowned for its steep and majestic terrain, representing one of the most rugged and awe-inspiring sections of the Great Wall in the city. With natural weathering and devoid of any artificial modifications, this segment spans over 20 kilometers, authentically showcasing the ancient and unadorned beauty of the Great Wall.
