On Friday, an academic seminar on the development of a distinctly Chinese discourse for the Arctic humanities was held in Liaocheng University, East China's Shandong Province. At the seminar, attendees discussed a range of major issues related to Chinese perspectives on the Arctic, from international cooperation to cultural heritage.
