Argentine President Javier Milei has visited the town of Bahia Blanca, where 13 people died during a strong storm over the weekend. The storm also caused the death of another woman in the town of Moreno after she was struck by a falling tree branch early Sunday. The neighboring country of Uruguay also reported two deaths after strong wind gusts swept in from the southeast.
