The Kerem Shalom border crossing with Israel opened for the first time to let aid into Gaza. However, Xu Shiling, a lecturer at the International Academy of the Red Cross at Soochow University, says supplies from Kerem Shalom border are far from enough, and constant monitoring of the situation is necessary.
