Shen said CMG has been committed to spreading outstanding cultural works from China and the world.

Noting that next year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France and that the Paris Olympic Games will also open in 2024, Shen said CMG will work together with its French counterparts in culture, sports and media and hold several cultural and people-to-people exchange activities.

Using the latest scientific research achievements and technological means from both countries to reproduce the prehistoric story of the Asian Homo erectus "Peking Man," the film is the first documentary film reflecting the history of ancient human evolution in East Asia.

The film will be broadcast on CMG's documentary channel and France National Television 2 in 2024.
