The Red Cross Society of China (RCSC) on Tuesday allocated a second batch of relief materials to the quake-stricken areas in Gansu and Qinghai provinces in northwest China. The batch includes 1,500 cotton tents, 24,900 quilts, 6,250 folding beds and 3,300 family relief packages for the relocation and resettlement of people affected by the disaster, the RCSC said on Wednesday.
