Greater Hinggan Mountains Series Ep. 9: Will this little fox survive the winter

When a corsac fox cub is about two months old and is able to hunt, the mother kicks it out and never sees it again. Before winter approaches, accumulating enough experience and skills is the only way that the little fox faces the frigid world alone and survives adversity. This little fox was brought here by its mother half a year ago, and it has been all alone since. Will it survive this winter by itself?

The Greater Hinggan Mountains in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province is the northernmost and highest latitude area in China. It is known for its dense forests in summer and magnificent snow scenery in winter. Biodiversity remains high in the mountains, and you can find snowy owls, corsac foxes and moose. Stay tuned!
