James Elder, who spent nearly two weeks in Gaza, highlighted his anger over various topics, including the fact that Palestinian children recovering from amputations are being killed by Israeli attacks and the lack of attention given to the spread of diseases.

He said he was shocked about the conditions in Gaza hospitals. Injured people lack basic supplies and children, even those recovering from amputations, are losing their lives due to the ongoing conflict. He also pointed out that without a humanitarian ceasefire, more children are likely to die.
