Construction of a key bridge section that forms part of the 10-kilometer-long Changtai Yangtze River Bridge saw a milestone as it completed closure in east China's Jiangsu Province on December 22. The 727-meter Tianxingzhou Channel Bridge has a main span of 388 meters, which has set a new record for a steel-trussed arch bridge. It is an important stretch of the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge, which connects the cities of Changzhou and Taixing in Jiangsu.
