People in the Gaza Strip have been struggling to get food as the Israeli offensive in the region continues to expand. In the city of Rafah, displaced people crowded a food handout site run by local charity organizations, scrambling for a hot meal in the cold winter. Amid shortages of money, food and fuel, organizers don't know how much longer they can keep handing out free food.
