It's been nearly two years since the Russia-Ukraine conflict broke out. The Russian economy has suffered over the past year amid Western sanctions and energy decoupling from Europe. Zhang Xin, associate professor at the School of Politics and International Relations, East China Normal University, says that Russia will continue its "Military Keynesianism" while trying to contain inflation.
