With the arrival of midwinter, the season for traditional ice fishing in northeast China's Chagan Lake has begun. Many tourists come to see how "fish heads," also called the last fishing tribe in China, fish on a frozen lake using nets and horses. It's a tradition dates back to 1,000 years ago, and it's been passed down for 20 generations to a handful of selected fishermen. CGTN's Chen Mengfei talks to one fisherman as he directs his crew on ice.
