At least 20 people were killed and dozens injured as a result of an Israeli strike that targeted a building housing displaced people in the Al-Amal neighborhood in Khan Younis city, south of the Gaza Strip, the Health Ministry in Gaza said in a statement on Wednesday.
The ministry added that the death toll is likely to rise, while Al Jazeera reported 25 deaths.
There has been no immediate response from Israel.
