Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday, Türkiye's news outlet Anadolu Agency reported.

Fidan told Blinken that Türkiye expects the U.S. to fulfill its commitments regarding the sale of F-16 fighter jets, the report said.

They also discussed the latest situation in Gaza, and Fidan reportedly reiterated the importance of an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
