Sanele Ntuli, a Chinese language teacher at the Confucius Institute of Durban University of Technology in South Africa, has visited China four times and is deeply impressed by its modernization. In 2023, he led the writing of a joint letter to Chinese President Xi Jinping, who witnessed the institute's establishment 10 years earlier, highlighting its achievements. The institute has educated nearly 10,000 students during its first decade, becoming a vital bridge for friendly exchanges between China and South Africa.
