The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East said in a social media post on Friday that a total of 504 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank so far this year, making 2023 the "deadliest year for Palestinians in the West Bank" since the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs began recording casualties in 2005.
