CGTN launches a 24-hour livestreaming event in seven cities worldwide on December 31 to celebrate the New Year with people from around the world. The livestream starts at 08:00 GMT (4 p.m. Beijing Time) simultaneously in Sydney, Xi'an, Changsha, Almaty, Cairo, Paris and Mexico City.
