To welcome the year 2024, people gathered at the Wanpingkou Scenic Area in Rizhao, east China's Shandong Province, to enjoy the first rays of sunlight of the New Year. As the sun rose over the horizon, a traditional dragon dance show was held, where people offered their greetings and blessings for the New Year.
