Russian strikes hit Ukraine's two biggest cities in new wave of attacks


Ukraine says Russia intended to cause maximum destruction when it struck its two biggest cities, Kyiv and Kharkiv, killing at least 5 people. Russia said at least one person was killed in Ukrainian strikes on the border city of Belgorod. The UN human rights chief called for an immediate de-escalation of hostilities.
