On Thursday morning, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida held a news conference after the disaster measure meeting in Tokyo. A magnitude-7.6 earthquake hit the Ishikawa region on New Year's Day, killing 78 people. CGTN's Patrick Fok has more on the rescue and restoration after the earthquake.
