Israel has killed Hamas deputy leader Saleh al-Arouri in a drone strike in Lebanon's capital Beirut. This is the first time Israel has taken out a top Hamas leader in another country since this conflict flared up. James M. Dorsey, a Senior Fellow at the National University of Singapore's Middle East Institute, says that Hamas surely will retaliate. He warned that Israeli representatives in a third country could become targets.
