The death toll was revised to 95 from 103 on Wednesday after two explosions near the burial site of Iran's slain general Qasem Soleimani, according to Iranian Health Minister Bahram Einollah.
Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Ebrahim Raisi condemned the incident as a "criminal act of terror" and vowed to punish those responsible.
