A preliminary investigation has found the Japanese passenger jet that collided with a Coast Guard aircraft at Tokyo's Haneda Airport on Tuesday was given permission to land before the incident. The collision killed five crew members aboard the Coast Guard turboprop. Passengers aboard the Japan Airlines plane recall their experience after the collision.
