The singing voices of children combined with best of Shanghai's attractions to showcase an open, innovative, and inclusive city to the world.

"Shanghai Let's Meet for Melody" is a series of music videos and short films featuring American children's choir One Voice. Globally released on the first day of 2024, the series shows the young choir members exploring the diverse facets of the city.

Journeying from the Oriental Pearl TV Tower to the banks of the Huangpu River and navigating through the Shikumen lanes to appreciate the vibrant Yuyuan Lantern Festival, the One Voice choir members take in the sights and sounds of Shanghai. Immersed in the enchanting melodies of "Golden Hour" and "Try Everything," which is the theme song of Disney's "Zootopia," these young voices capture the essence of Shanghai's openness and beauty.

Two additional short videos are set to be released, capturing the cherished moments of the choir members during their time in Shanghai. The first video focuses on how the choir uses music to narrate impressions of Shanghai. The second installment, titled "First Everything in Shanghai," encourages children to share their own experiences. From their first stage performance in the city to their first Citywalk route day trip, their first taste of Shanghai cuisine, and their first ride on the Metro, these moments become a heartfelt depiction of their introduction to the city.

Films and videos of the "Shanghai Let's Meet for Melody" series will be gradually released leading up to Spring Festival. Moreover, the official YouTube account of One Voice, boasting nearly five million subscribers and over one billion video views, will feature the complete series.
