Exclusive Stringer Dispatch: Iranians gather to mourn their lost ones



Over 80 people were killed and hundreds of others were injured in the Iranian city of Kerman on Wednesday when two explosions targeted a ceremony to mark the fourth anniversary of the killing of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.

On January 5, people gathered in front of the Grand Mosalla Mosque of Kerman to mourn those who died in the attack. A mother who lost her daughter was among the mourners, crying out in grief, "My baby, I want to celebrate your birthday, why couldn't I celebrate your birthday with you?"
