Waking up from a sound nap could be difficult for some people, and that's also true for a cute panda living at Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in southwest China's Sichuan Province.
Video footage of a keeper gently waking up the less-than-1-year-old cub napping on the grass was released by the facility on December 30.
In the footage taken on December 19, the keeper could be seen tenderly petting and shaking the panda to wake it up, but the adorable snoozing cub seemed to show no intention of opening its eyes.
The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding is a world-renowned institution for giant panda conservation.
