Groups of goitered gazelles, or black-tailed gazelles, were filmed foraging on the Gobi Desert after snow in Bohu County, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, on Wednesday.
The animal is under second-class state protection in China and is listed as vulnerable on the red list of the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
Males have a goiter-like enlargement of the neck and throat during the mating season, hence the name. They also have a short tail covered with black hair.
