A grand party featuring traditional folk customs was held in the Taohuawu street block in east China's Suzhou to celebrate New Year's Day. Lion dance performances, displays of traditional customs such as lanterns and calligraphy, and a fair packed with characteristic handicrafts attracted many tourists to go there and enjoy New Year's Day.
