A parked Japan Coast Guard aircraft was struck by a high-lift truck at Tokyo's Haneda Airport on Thursday, two days after a fatal collision between another Coast Guard plane and a Japan Airlines passenger jet. The aircraft was not scheduled to fly but was damaged with a crack on the edge of the wing, rendering it unable to fly. Authorities are investigating the details of Thursday's incident.
