Ukraine says four killed in Russian air strike

Russia fired missiles across Ukraine early on Monday, killing at four people and hitting residential areas and commercial sites, according to Ukrainian authorities.

A shopping center and more than two dozen private buildings were damaged in the south-central city of Kryvyi Rih, Governor Serhiy Lysak said, adding that a 62-year-old was killed outside the city.

Officials in the western Khmelnytskyi region reported at least six blasts there but gave no immediate details of the damage. Officials in the region said two people were killed. 

In Zmiiv, Kharkiv region, body of a woman was from under the rubble of a house, the regional prosecutor's office said.

All of Ukraine was under air-raid alert for more than three hours on Monday morning. Blasts were reported from other Ukrainian cities.
