People from the Dong ethnic group have been busy making red ciba at a village in Tongren City, southwest China's Guizhou Province. In local folk culture, these traditional glutinous rice cakes dyed with red food coloring signify reunion and happiness and constitute the Dong people's traditional Spring Festival flavor.
