Three people were killed and four others injured as a blast targeted a minibus in Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Tuesday, Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran said.
"At around 3:50 p.m. local time today, a blast struck a minibus in Police District 16 of Kabul, martyring three people and injuring four others," Zadran confirmed on his social media account.
Police arrested one person on charge of involvement in the terror attack, the officer said, without providing more details.
This was the second attack in the city since Saturday, the first one also being carried out on a minibus.
On Saturday, five people were killed and 15 others injured in an attack, and the Daesh, or ISIS, claimed responsibility for the attack.
