21 universities and colleges in northern China's Shanxi Province have just reopened to the public after being closed to visitors four years ago because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many residents now come to the campuses to do various sports. However, these reopened schools are just a quarter of the universities and colleges in the province. There are still about 60 that remain closed to visitors.
