Chinese airlines add over 2,500 new international flights for upcoming Spring Festival

China's aviation companies are gearing up for the Spring Festival holiday, introducing more than 2,500 new international routes and charters.

The new flights will mainly be to Asian countries, with over 600 flights to Japan and Thailand, another 200, 150, and 100 flights to the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, respectively. Additional flights are also being planned on long-haul routes to countries in Oceania and Europe.
