The top of a dam that forms part of the Jialing River Lize Shipping Hub in Chongqing has been successfully joined. It signals the completion of a major engineering endeavor and the commencement of equipment installation at the power plant. Situated in Qiantang Town, the shipping hub is a major project for the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The hub is poised to establish a transportation network connecting Chongqing with cities in Sichuan Province, building a "golden waterway" along the Yangtze River.
