How is Chinese e-commerce succeeding outside China?



We all know that Chinese online shopping apps are very popular in China, but what about overseas? In America, one particular site owned by a Chinese e-commerce company has taken the lead, being the most downloaded free app in the U.S. in 2023 with more than 100 million active users. What makes these apps so popular? How do they make money from selling products at such low prices? And what has been the impact on the global market?
